OOC Episode Number: 014. Name: My Decision Match: Vs. Desolation Note(s): SKY Force's First Roleplay

We are in the kitchen of a flat in Yokohama and all four members of SKY Force are there. Rin is video calling someone she keeps calling ‘baby’, Shizuku is polishing the Rose City Tag Team Titles with gollumesque eyes and Nausicaä appears to be listening to whatever Charles is whispering into her ear. Just seems like a normal day for this ‘family’…until Suzuki puts Charles down with a smile on her face. Nausicaä Suzuki “Charles is right!” Rin Kubo “One second baby.” The powerhouse kisses the screen of her tablet before setting the device down and moving her attention upon her leader. Rin Kubo “Right about what?” Nausicaä Suzuki “That it is time for me and Charles to prove that SKY Force is the greatest group in all of XHF!” Rin Kubo “Cool! But…how do we do that?” Nausicaä Suzuki “By beating Desolation for the XHF Tag Team Titles!” For mere moments the pink haired girl’s delighted declaration seems to have frozen the entire room. As if every aspect of the kitchen, from the clock near the door to the very air itself, knows the ramifications of the path that the twenty year old has chosen. Shizuku carefully put the Rose City Tag Team Title she was polishing down before sharpening her eyes upon the Super Saiyan Rosé. Shizuku Yamamoto “Are you sure about this? Have you seen what they did to Dos Angeles at Night of Champions?” Nausicaä Suzuki “Of course I did. I enjoy watching the XHF Network.” Rin Kubo “Kiss ass.” Suzuki glances over towards her friend and pouts rather childishly before returning her attention to the other brunette. Nausicaä Suzuki “But I am sure. Desolation are big, strong and obviously rough. Necrophage may look freaky and Nephilim may look like somebody nobody wants to leave a child with. But we are SKY Force. We are the greatest gro-no, the greatest family in J-ROK. We conquered Portland-” The pink haired girl slaps the surface of one of the Rose City Tag Team Titles, her eyes not once leaving the shortest member of their group. Nausicaä Suzuki “-and I know that together we can beat Desolation, take the XHF Tag Team Titles and turn XHF from a land of sad emptiness to land of fun anarchy. So I am sticking to my decision and need your help in getting me ready for what could be my hardest challenge to date.” The fact she was straight up asking for training could possibly show how serious the leader is with her decision. So much so that silence fell upon the room again…until Miss Yamamoto nodded and took hold of Suzuki’s hand. Shizuku Yamamoto “Sure, let’s go immediately.” Nausicaä Suzuki “But what about the ice crea-” Nausicaä couldn’t even finish her words as Shizuku pulls the Super Saiyan Rosé away. Rin glances to the left, to the right and indicates to Charles to keep quiet before getting off her feet to tiptoe to the freezer and pulling out a two litres tub of vanilla ice cream. With a spoon in hand Rin places the tub down on the table, pulls the lid off and switches the video call on her tablet back on. Rin Kubo “Hey baby, look at what I’ve found for lunch.”

OOC Episode Number: 015. Name: My Pain Match: Vs. Desolation Note(s): SKY Force's Second Roleplay

Today we find ourselves inside a cafe in Yokohama. Why? Because sitting on a couch is Nausicaä Suzuki and Rin Kubo from SKY Force. The latter is making kissing noises over the phone to somebody while the former winces as she slowly reaches for a mug of hot chocolate on the low table in front of them. Nausicaä Suzuki “Owowowow…” Miss Kubo looks both concerned for her leader’s agony and annoyed that the pink haired girl’s ‘ow’ing is interrupting her call. So - the moment she saw Suzuki is about to move to put the mug down - she ends her call, takes the mug away from her boss and places it down on the table before looking back at Nausicaä Rin Kubo “Are you going to be like that all day?” Nausicaä Suzuki “Sorry…it is just that every part of my body hurts so badly right now. I swear Shizuku is trying to kill me…” Rin Kubo “Well you did ask her to train you. So your pain is your own fault. But it won’t do us any favours if you end up getting too injured to compete, especially with matches against Ashlee LeCroix and getting us our J-ROK Tag Team Title shot coming beforehand. So, if you like, I could have a word with Shizuk-” Nausicaä Suzuki “Please don’t!” The pink haired girl’s sudden interruption definitely caught Kubo by surprise as the powerhouse almost dropped her mobile. Rin Kubo “Whoa. Okay boss…no stopping the training…but why? I know what you said about you and Charles wanting to prove that SKY Force are the best in XHF…but everyone knows that me and Shizuku are the tag team of the group. So, if anything, it should be us facing Desolation. Don’t take me wrong. You have achieved stuff on your own before…and Charles is almost unstoppable…but you are way too innocent to do the things necessary to overcome a team like that.” Nausicaä Suzuki “Together me and Charles will overcome them…” Rin Kubo “But you’ve seen what Desolation did to Dos Angeles to get those Titles…and I doubt they’d want to lose them in their very first defence. So why are you so willing to risk injuring yourself?” Nausicaä Suzuki “I have my reason…” Rin Kubo “What is it though Nausicaä?” Nausicaä Suzuki “I-I don’t want to talk about it…sorry…I know that both you and Shizuku are curious, especially when she tried to ‘train’ the answer out of me…but I don’t feel ready to tell either of you two yet.I’m sorry…but please believe me when I say that this match is incredibly important to me. So please support me.” While the brunette looks a bit annoyed at not getting the answer she wanted, Miss Kubo did a good job of not showing it too much as she sighs softly before smiling at her leader. Rin Kubo “Nausicaä, you’re the person who asked Maple out for me…so I’ll support and follow you to the end of the Earth and beyond.” Nausicaä Suzuki “Thank you Rin…” Rin Kubo “Just make sure you win us the XHF Tag Titles and that’s all the gratitude I need!” Rin delightfully declared before giving the Super Saiyan Rosé a strong pat on the back…wrong move as the twenty year old yelped and flopped off the couch in agony. Nausicaä Suzuki “OWCH!” Rin Kubo “Oh shit! Sorry!”

OOC Episode Number: 016. Name: My Doubt Match: Vs. Desolation Note(s): SKY Force's Third Roleplay

Ow…Shizuku was so hard during training today. I guess asking her what the importance of ‘Dodge Training’ is could be classed as one of my dumbest moments.There are so many bruises across my body…oh god I look like a panda with these black eyes! Maybe Shizuku is a bit too old school with her training methods. At least the water feels relaxing as it runs down my body…helps that they quickly wipe away the tears of disappointment. Disappointment…that word seems to so accurately describe my career up to this point. Well, at this most of the past twelve months. I achieved my dream of holding a Championship…only to have it taken away twenty days later because I got stupidly injured. Lasting less than half a minute in the XHF Rumble. Failing rather unspectacularly at the Anzac Cup. Declaring war on J-ROK…only to disastrously represent them at A Call To Arms, Prince’s Ball and Overheated. Then there was Izumi…she rejected us and then got the better of me on multiple occasions, even pinning me when we actually battle each other. And now, because of my complete incompetence, I’m only one defeat away from losing the match at the Titles that Rin and Shizuku didn't deserve to lose in the first place. Yes… A complete disappointment… That is who I am… At least this white fluffy towel feels so cuddly as I dry myself with it before dropping it in a wash basket and wrapping myself in a fluffier, comfier, pink towel. At least with my room having its own bathroom I can keep this hidden from the other two. I am the one who volunteered for this match against Desolation…I can’t let Rin and Shizuku know about my doubt. Good thing Charles is here…he has always been there for me. But how am I going to pay him? By risking his life in such a possibly gruesome battle? With a soft sigh I sit down on my bed, pull Charles close and hold him in a way that allows us to look into each other’s eyes. Nausicaä Suzuki “Have you ever had any regrets in ever meeting me Charles?” I shook my head before he could even answer. Nausicaä Suzuki “Please be honest with me Charles. You’re my bestest friend and someone I can always rely on for help, and vice versa when I was best man to your wedding to Darla. But I’m not asking you because you’re my friend…or because you’ve been my advisor for years…I’m asking you because you’ve been my family longer than anybody else, as well as someone I can trust with anything. So please tell me the truth Charles…do you regret meeting me?” I couldn’t help but widen my eyes in surprise at his answer. Nausicaä Suzuki “Are you sure? Because of me you’ll be in the ring with Desolation this Sunday…and they’re bigger than us, stronger than us and look much rougher than many people that I have been in the ring with before. And with this losing streak that I’m on, you could probably stand more of a chance with a ten year old son of a referee than me.” I softly dismiss…why would he trust me so much? I’m the one dragging SKY Force down so much. I look further surprised though when I hear Charles explain why he is so sure. Nausicaä Suzuki “Thank you Charles. You always help me feel so much better.” I say while moving a hand to wipe a fresh tear away from my face before nodding lightly. Nausicaä Suzuki “You are right Charles. Together any one of us - from me and you to Shizuku and Rin - can overcome anybody. We will definitely prove it in New Zealand by beating those mean Desolation boys and winning the XHF Tag Team Championships together. Thank you for always having my back Charles, I know we can do it together.” Happily depart my lips as I hug my best friend very close for a few seconds before widening my eyes when I spot the clock. Nausicaä Suzuki “Oh no! I’m late for training! Shizuku’s going to kill me this time!.” Flee my lips as I drop Charles on the mirror, rush over to the wardrobe and froze to the spot for a moment. With my face heating up I turn back and grab Charles to turn him around so he’ll be looking at the closed door instead of towards the wardrobe. Nausicaä Suzuki “No watching.” I sternly say before returning to the wardrobe so I can start getting dressed. Best friend or not, he is still a male!
