What Should I Think Of Them?
Time: 2:22 PM 13th Saturday January 2011
The locker room area of this arena has been known for being the most busiest part of the entire place. Yet at this time it looked almost deserted. The lights weren't on, no music was blurring and the only form of life in the room is a male on a bench by himself. The male's legs were crossed with each foot being under the opposite thigh while his eyes were closed and his hands were resting on the man‘s knees. But due to the clothing consisting of a black hoodie and dark red pants, with a it cigarette in his mouth, it was oblivious that this male was indeed Curt Hawkins. Suddenly the door knocked yet instead of answering the door Hawkins stayed in position, ignoring the countless knocks. The door swung open as Todd Grisham entered the locker room with a cameraman behind him and the interviewer instantly when to Curt and lightly tapped him on his left shoulder. This caused the wrestler to open his eyes and moved his right hand to the cigarette and took it out of his mouth before throwing it into the bin, that was next the bench. Before Grisham could say a thing Curt looked over to him with a smile on his face.
Curt Hawkins: You should give meditating a go Todd, its quite relaxing.
After hearing him say that Todd smiled and said down next to Curt before the two men looked towards the cameraman, who was getting the camera ready for the interview. Even though Hawkins has multiple personality “issues” it seemed that he and the interviewer are already very good friends. The guy holding the camera did a silent countdown from five to zero before signalling that the camera is now rolling.
Todd Grisham: Hello everybody, my name’s Todd Grisham and right now we’re going to have a word from my guest at this time…Curt Hawkins.
Curt Hawkins: Hi Todd! Hi Bill the cameraman! Hi everybody!
Todd Grisham: Introductions aside, Curt, so far you’re the only protégée walking into his third match undefeated…but tonight your undefeated steak is at a high risk as you team up with your own mentor Douglas Williams to battle fellow protégée Kenny Omega and his mentor Daniel Bryan in a tag team match. This was clearly set up because of Douglas helping you win that submission match last week…
Curt Hawkins: Can I stop you right there?
Todd stopped speaking and nodded so he could hear Hawkins’ words as the protégée began to speak his own opinion.
Curt Hawkins: Thanks. Douglas William was actually helping Kenny to have a good debut, via helping me beat him so Omega has a reason to moan and bitch about me kicking his ass. And this also sets Omega up for a even bigger in-ring massacre from me. I can handle anybody you put in that ring Todd. You can but giants and monsters in that ring and I’ll beat them. You can put in legends and deadmans in that ring, you can put immortals and millionaires in that ring and I’ll be more then able to beat them all. Hell, you can put all the protégées in that ring against me in a gauntlet and I’ll win against them all. But like you said my match is teaming with my great mentor against the Kenny that didn’t get killed yet and his William Regal wannabe of a mentor Daniel Bryan. So what is your question?
Todd Grisham: Well Curt, the first question is…do you think that you and your mentor will fully co-exist? Not only did he put you in that submission match but on the first week of Evolve you refused his advice…so will you two fully co-exist?
Curt Hawkins: Will we co-exist? Of course we will, all great teams have some…communication issues…but that only make them even stronger then what they were before hand. That is the situalation between me and Douglas...communication issues...but we over came that, which was shown last week when he helped me defeat Omega even though I didn't need the help.
Todd Grisham: Okay then Curt...what do you think about your opponents of Kenny Omega and Daniel Bryan.
Curt Hawkins: What should I think of them? Both males have the combined sexual magnetism of my little finger while Daniel looks as old as my granddad...and that the people will say "Oh my god! Curt killed Kenny!" after the match. So I have nothing else to say about hose two below me...anthing else?
Todd Grisham: Well...that's all the questions actually...
Curt Hawkins: Okay then, Todd. The interview ends here but before we leave I have a message to Bischoff about next week's elimination...even if I get eliminated or not in this match I'll give you a reason to remember the name...Curt Hawkins!
After saying that Curt lid another cigarette and put it in his mouth before leaving the locker room. Todd Grisham meanwhile exited the room, while being followed by the cameraman, and went towards the production truck.
