Both Kelly and Scara are twin sisters, Kelly was born ten minutes before Scara, living in a peaceful village of Kirkhall (in Orkney Islands of Scotland). The girls never knew there mother because she died three days after the children were born while Tomko McGuinness, their father, kept his wizarding life a secret from them.
This was until both girls were the age of eight, when the girls spotted his magic wand. After telling them the truth Tomko discovered that both of his daughters can use magic so he taught Scara how to use 'Aguamenti' (Produces a jet of water from the caster's wand.) and 'Rictusempra' (The subject experiences the sensation of being tickled) while teaching Kelly 'Avis' (Creates a flock of birds that pour forth from the caster's wand) and 'Oppugno' (Causes conjured objects to attack e.g. birds).
A couple of years pasted and Tomko made another discovery that the twins need each other, in a range of ten feet, or else they can't use magic. On there thirteenth birthday Tomko got convinced the girls to give Hogwarts ago since there they can approve on there magic skills. On the station of 93/4 Scara and Kelly gave there dad a goodbye kiss and hug before entering the train, starting the twin's journey of Hogwarts.
