We find ourselves in a large empty room with the only thing in view, other than the pillars to the sides, is an iron throne sitting coldly on its own with a dull light glowing down onto the seat.
“Immortals…such a big event for Premier Fighting, their second ever pay-per-view in fact, where while most things has changed…”
Enters our ears as The Emo Princess herself, Otaki, walks into the scene with the Hardcore Championship wrapped around her waist.
“But me, Otaki: the Queen of Chaos, being the Hardcore Champion remains exactly the same. Sure there was a moment of flawed reality but – as I said it would at the last Premier Fighting event – the Queen of Chaos righted that wrong and returned to her throne. At least there is no more burn mark on my bum. But back to what I was saying…with all the things that has changed between Rise Up and Immortals…me entering the event as the Hardcore Champion is still the same. Why is that? Merely thinking that question simply shows that none of you have been watching closely at all.
For, while this entire division thrives on anarchy, unpredictability and mayhem, the one constant that has been with this belt since its first ever defence…is me.
Every ounce of blood, every pound of sweat and every kilo of tears that shines the glow of this Championship has all come from me. Truth be told, at first I was very bemused by the thought of this invitational. I mean which Champion in their right mind would happily defend their Title against an unknown opponent, or even opponents if more than one challenger is interested.
But then it dawned on me…
That throughout my time on my throne…
It has always been…
Me versus the World.”
Was spoken sharply by the milky skinned woman as she sits down on the throne.
“So bring on everyone, anyone or no one, for I – the Queen of Chaos – happily welcome all challengers to my realm. But don’t think that any of them can achieve immortality at my expense. After all…”
The Purple Haired Dynamo unwraps the Championship from around her waist and hold it up so our view could focus more on the Title.
“It’s like hell, trying to get to heaven.”
Otaki declares with a menacingly devious smirk upon her face before the crackle of lightning snaps everything off to black.
