Interview Part C
It did take somewhat a while but eventually one of the shortest members of the FSW roster has managed to calm her nosebleed down enough that she could simply hold a small hand towel against the right hand side of her face to stop any more bleeding from being seen. However this doesn’t do anything to hide the traces of dry blood at pattern across both the lower half of Otaki’s face and her neck. But at least it seems that the twenty two year old has managed to personally calm down from how she was earlier on in this interview.
“This has been one hell of an interview, Otaki, and clearly you’ve had things to say about the rumble match. But don’t you also open the entire show in a number one contendership match against Amis Shelton and Max Bailey?”
“Yes I do also have that triple threat match to start to show…but here is a more interesting question. Why is FSW’s one match of the entire show does not feature the current FSW Champion Dixie Dubois, the supposed face of FSW? Nananah, I already know the answer Styles. The answer is simply this…Dixie is, simply put, not good enough to take FSW, put FSW on her back and carry FSW off to the golden era. Heh, never know, maybe that was why there happen to be a number one contendership tournament in the first place…to actually make people interested in her again. Well, at least for a mere few minutes before the winner of said tournament walks up to her, takes the belt from her and walk off without a struggle at all.
But who will be the one who will accomplish this? To accomplish winning this tournament? To accomplish defeating Dixie Dubois for the FSW Championship? And to accomplish making FSW mean a hell of a lot more than the title of ‘just some developmental ground’? Yes, I may have been flopping, failing and being inconsistent from the moment I entered EWC but I’m not stupid. I can easily tell when people are simply thinking ‘oh I can’t wait to join the big leagues’ or ‘just a few more weeks and I get to play with the big kids’…how utterly disgraceful. But back to my question!
Who, oh who, oh who will be the one to accomplish those three important things?
Will it be ‘The Real Solution’ Max Bailey, the guy who was practically handed a spot in this match up?
Will it be Amis ‘Fucking’ Shelton, the guy who defeated the very first FSW Champion Jason Park Hunter to get here?
Or will it be me, the Cinderella of Professional Wrestling?
Well Amis has been trained by Ruthless Aggression, so that is perfectly one reason why it is fathomable to believe that he may have what it possibly takes to become the one. He also has experience as a top-tier guy, being not only the very first but also a two time and very last holder of the World Heavyweight Championship of some BFW federation. So maybe I can somewhat understand why he has some kind of annoying superiority complex over anyone and everyone else in FSW. Hell, the last time I was in a tournament here, he was the blooming sod who eliminated me through a freaking rollup. And then there is the point I mentioned moments earlier about him defeating the ‘Prince of Wrestling’ himself in one hell of a match. So yeah…he can be someone who could possibly win this triple threat match.
Max Bailey meanwhile is ‘The Real Solution’, meaning that he should be the answer to any problem, right? Well, if anything, him being handed this opportunity on a silver freaking platter basically screams the words ‘Dixie is poison’ out loud ad proud! Heck, until the last episode of FSW, he was practically untouchable…well, at least people have been lead to believe he is untouchable. But what happened not long ago? What exactly happened in Ohio, hm? Oh, that’s right…Max Bailey lost to Dixie in literally the best chance he could ever have to prove his value to the rest of the god damn, roster. But that wasn’t just it, wasn’t it!?! Instead of looking like a real man, Max Bailey got his ass beaten down into the ground by Xavier Rollins’ reverse harem of men.
He calls himself ‘The Real Solution’ but I honestly think ‘The Real Chump’ is a ten times better name for him to have. So, yeah, it’s kind of obvious that, without a Goofy nearby, dear little Maxie won’t be anything more than a bug on a windscreen. As for Amis Shelton…yeah I’ve said I can understand and fathom him being the person that’ll win…but does he really have what it takes to succeed? Some say yes, some say no and I personally think he could. But not on this night, no.
So who can win this tournament? Who can beat Dixie Dubois for the FSW Championship? And who can give Future Stars of Wrestling some actually value?”
The Purple Haired Dynamo leans forward to glare her eyes directly at the camera recording the two of them.
“I am the answer to those three question.
Not Maxie or Ami, ME!
Why so?
Because like I said… I can tell when people are thinking about joining ‘the big leagues’.
People can talk over, and over, and over again but if you look at either of them in the eye and ask them to stay…both of them would leave without a care in the world to be on a so-called bigger show. That isn’t commitment! That isn’t dedication! That isn’t loyalty! And you need all three to truly elevate a ‘developmental brand’ into greatness. Yeah, I’ve never held a world title…but do have experience in putting blood, sweat and tears into helping a show become great. Yeah I’m battered and bruised from Eve O’Connell but it is because of those bruises that I owe it to both her, to my friend Jason and to the fans who never once gave up on me in the past four years – even when I’ve considered giving up myself in the darkest of times – to keep on fighting. To keep getting back up and to keep on battling until I not only win this triple threat match, but also beat Dixie Dubois for the FSW Title, thus becoming the Face of FSW.
Thank you for your time BA Styles.”
Sharply following those was the Emo Princess looking away. Maybe she is putting way too much stress upon herself when it goes to this night? Either yes or no we’ll get to see if she does walk out of Rumble in the Bronx with her head held high…or as a broken woman.
