“Bu-But she’s our friend…w-we can’t hur-hurt her…”
Feebly left the lips of one Megan McCrea. The purple haired starlet was hearing a purple dress, that is a lighter shade than her hair, with a pair of black wrestling boots as she was sitting in an almost empty parking lot with her back against the side of an ambulance. On the last Animosity of twenty-twelve Megan defeated her idol Sayge Jemson, via count out when Eliza Grey ended up gathering too much of the Canadian’s attention, and this Monday the female gets to main event the first Burnout of the year as she is put in a match against her dear friend Shannon Treamon.
“Don’t be a fool Megan, Shannon is only using us for her own advantages…she’ll use us to get her the Starlets Championship and then ditch us like a bad habit.”
“N-No she wo-won’t…sh-she’s our best friend, she’ll nev-never le-leave us…”
There is a few things wrong with this match up…the first is rather obvious, being that they both Megan and Shannon are the best of friends. The second problem is that Shannon needs this win to further prove she should be Sophie Oliveira’s next challenger while Megan personally doesn’t want to lose this young undefeated streak anytime soon. And the third being that these two are suppose to be in a tag team called ‘The New Generation’ since Megan replaced the rather pitiful Judy Phoenix.
“Maybe you’re right Megan, maybe she won’t ditch us…but what would happen if we look at her as a friend instead of a victim? She’ll strike us down. Humiliate us! But be calm Megan, we will overcome this personal roadblock like we overcame the last one.”
While that alternative voice spoke up Megan’s right hand moved down to her side to pull out a cigarette from a rather small box and placed the cigarette in her move. Moments later her left hand moved up, holding a lighter, and once it was in front of the cigarette the Brit’s right hand moved and covered up her left as she used the lighter to light up her cigarette. When she finished speaking out the female placed the lighter down and inhaled some of the tobacco. After inhaling some of the tobacco the female breathed out some smoke before speaking out again.
“Do you feel better Megan?”
“Yes…we do feel better…but how should we defeat Shannon? We don’t want to lose our only friend…”
“We’ll beat her like we’ve beaten those others…by being the some hardhearted wolf that we have always been.”
“But I don’t us to lose her as a friend…”
“Then you can just comfort her afterwards…for she’d do the same thing the other way round. Megan, have you ever wonder why we’re starting the year on Burnout instead of Animosity even though we’re currently three and zero?”
That question actually brought a rather confused expression on the rather deranged starlet’s face. It was kind of an interesting question seeing that Megan not only debuted on the main show but also defeated the likes of Genesis and Sayge Jemson to get a three match unbeaten run. Even though taking another puff of her cigarette the purple haired Brit contemplated on a possible answer and after exhaling the smoke Missus McCrea finally thought of an answer.
“Because there isn’t much room on their two hour timeslot?”
“And you want to know why there isn’t any room? It is because they don’t see us as anything more than star-fodder, somebody who would job to the people they view as stars…they booked us against Shannon, on the pre-show, as a punishment for not putting Sayge Jemson over in her dear return match. They want us to hurt Shannon. They want us to maim Shannon. They want us to rip Shannon apart limb from limb until there is nothing left of her to threaten Sophie Oliveira with.”
“That can’t possibly be true…”
“If it isn’t then why was Shannon tossed down into our claws while four random nobodies, one of whom we easily defeated in our debut, are put on the main show with a shot at Sophie’s Starlet’s Championship on the line? Especially considering that Shannon rather openly called out the so-called Champ a while before this abomination of a contendership match was even thought of.”
Those words brought a rather shocked expression to appear on Megan’s face…again her other side has brought up a rather interesting point. While inhaling and exhaling some more smoke the eighteen year old’s right hand ran through her soft violet hair. This hand running and smoke haling continued on for a couple of minutes before the female finally decided to drop the cigarette on the floor, pick up her lighter and stand up before stepping and rubbing out the cigarette with her right boot.
“Maybe there is something wrong with the system but we…I have no need to care about this ‘system’ for in two days time I’ll beat my best friend like I’ve beaten all the others…this stunt won’t split us apart so I won’t hold anything back…”
It seem that the alternative Megan has vanished from her mouth as the purple-haired Brit looked up at the ceiling moments after finishing her words before beginning to walk off…where would her destination be? Not even I know.[/center]
